Welcome to the DG Doing More Active Lives Pathway WebPages.
The Active Lives Pathway is a Health and Social Care initiative to encourage and enable adults who are physically inactive to enjoy the many benefits of being more physically active.
Health and Social Care professionals across Dumfries and Galloway can refer people to a initial free local programme of physical activity based on their confidence, motivation and level of support required to be more active and independent.
Programmes have been organised into a Tiered framework, called the Active Lives Pathway. The Tiers help people choose the right physical activity programme for them.
