Active Lives Pathway

The Active Lives Pathway helps adults in Dumfries and Galloway move more, in a way that suits them.

If you are not currently active, a health or social care professional can refer you to a free local programme, based on your confidence, motivation and the level of support you need.

Referrals are for people who need structured support (Tiers 2–4). Others can be signposted to local activities

You can start at any level and move up or down as your confidence and health change.

👉 Active at Home – practical ideas to help you move more at home, alternatively you can refer to the Active at Home service.
